Our nurse care guide is there to answer questions about accessing benefits, managing your medications, qualifying for community services, or to guide you through the benefits and programs you have available to you.
You pay nothing for benefits like:
Healthy Living Flex Card
$250 per month to pay for over-the-counter medications, fitness, groceries**, utility payments**, rent/mortgage**, personal care items, and home maintenance supplies (e.g., cleaning products, detergent)**
Dental
Up to $4,200 for dental wellness, including implants, dentures, crowns and bridges
Vision
$0 copay* for annual eye exam and a $500 allowance per year for eyewear
Hearing
$0 copay* for routine hearing exam, plus $4,620 per year for hearing aids (both ears combined) Unlimited fittings/evaluations
Transportation
80 one-way trips* to be used for non-emergency medical locations (up to 30 one-way trips can be used for non-medical locations)** Restrictions Apply
PART D Prescription Drugs
Enhanced Part D prescription coverage.
All benefits listed will begin on January 1, 2026. *$0 copay for these extra benefits, up to the annual limit. **The benefits mentioned are a part of special supplemental program for the chronically ill. Not all members qualify. (All categories except QDWI.)
